Harmony's Return and Cancellation Policy
Devices:
All devices ordered through Harmony Mobile Networks will be governed by the Corporate return policy, outlined below:
1: In cases where the original device manufacturer has a return policy, Harmony will assist Customers to return devices to the original manufacturer, and / or honour the policy as a certified representative of the manufacturer.
2: Within ten business days of purchase, a new, unopened product may be returned to Harmony's office at 70 York Street, Suite 1102, Toronto, Ontario M5J 1S9, in re-saleable condition for a full refund.
3: If the product has been opened, it may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
4: Damaged or broken products will be subject to the return policy of the manufacturer. Harmony is a certified partner of the manufacturers listed below. Following the links below will lead to the return policy of each manufacturer.
Services:
Where a contract is in place, Services will be terminated upon receipt of written notification prior to 30 days before the expiration of the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract document.
Where there is no long term contract in place, Services will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, upon receipt of a written request via email or Canada Post to Harmony's offices.
